A Cathay Pacific Boeing 747-400 passes low over the old city in Kowloon during its descent to the old Kai Tak International Airport in Hong Kong. The unique approach to the airport entailed a rather sharp manouevre along nearby hills to line the aircraft with the runway which extends into the bay.
